Payments
Upon booking, half of the total cost is required as a deposit. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the session. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Tardiness
The session will be CANCELLED if the client is more than 30 mins late. An additional $20 surcharge will be added to the total cost if the client is more than 15 mins late. No additional time will be extended to accommodate missed time.
Cancellations
You must notify us at least 72 hours in advance to reschedule an appointment or to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued if you cancel within 24 hours of the session. However, you can reschedule with the photographer within 3 months, subject to the photographer’s availability.
